- Abstract
Many websites attempt to provide a compelling, dynamic portal to the Internet. The English Wikipedia now has close to a million categories containing 4.2 million articles. I demonstrate that sorting the contents of categories using traffic statistics creates an engaging and valuable experience that no other site can match.
- Detailed proposal
I have created a working demo in Mathematica.

If enough people want an option for this kind of browsing experience we could probably use the new Wikidata and Lua modules to provide the experience to everyone. I've found it to be a useful way to fill in the gaps in your knowledge of a given area. This method is more dynamic and covers many more areas than user written outlines.
