- How Wikimedia's bug report management in Bugzilla works, and how everybody can help bringing software bug reports in Wikimedia Bugzilla into good shape for developers and speed up getting them fixed.

- The software issue tracker of Wikimedia receives about 300 new reports per week by users, and these reports need to be looked at and dealt with. Andre Klapper will present how Wikimedia's bug management in Bugzilla works, and how everybody can help bringing software bug reports in Wikimedia Bugzilla into good shape by joining the Bugsquad and its public bug days. Bug triage is a process where bug reports and enhancement requests are updated to contain enough information for a developer to look at them. Bug triaging does not require any specific knowledge and is a great and easy way to get more involved in Wikimedia.
