Information
This tag should be added by the author(s) or a volunteer to submissions which are not yet completed.
Proposals will not be added to the programme committee's submission review tables or assigned a submission number until either the {{incomplete submission}} tag is removed or the submission deadline, 30 April 2013, has passed. This is done for these proposals as they are seen as the most likely to be amended or withdrawn before the deadline. Many of these submissions also lack some details necessary for the submission review process (such as track, presentation type, etc.).

Basic

With a reason
Used by either the proposal's author(s) or programme committee to let the other know that the proposal is not yet complete.

Removal
The author(s) can remove the tag - {{incomplete submission}} - from their proposal if they do not plan to add anything more. However, note that if the tag was added by a programme committee member, it may be disqualified if it is seen as too incomplete for proper and fair consideration.
A volunteer may remove the tag if the proposal seems to have been completed.

It would also be a good idea to post this message on the proposal author(s) user talk page(s):
