Welcome Party
- What: Welcome Party. There will be plenty of food and beverages, all complimentary for attendees.
- When: 18:00 – 21:00, August 8 (Thursday)
- Shuttle service will be provided to and from this event. People who would like to go there by the shuttle service should meet at PolyU JCA Auditorium area at 6:00 p.m. (18:00) to be escorted to the shuttles for transport to the venue.
- Where: Sky100 (Google map)
- Wear: Let's say "smart casual" recommended :) (but obviously we'll let you in even if you're wearing shorts and flip flops!) Please bring your conference badge.
